Wolkenstein-Jöhstadt: The Railway Museum at Jöhstadt is one of the best of it's kind. But here are some pictures of the lost lower line Wolkenstein - Niederschmiedeberg. Rebuilding of it seems to be impossible...
In the middle of the 80's the rumours of the soon close down became certainly and hundreds of railway enthusiasts took the last change to take some pictures of the line - so did I. At this time taking photos was a little different: Walking down the track without any car or bike I was only making 5 or 6 pictures a day - today an impossible thing! But it was the only kind how to feel the special atmosphere without any stress...
